Prices include chairs, reception tables, cocktail tables, linen tablecloths & napkins, dance floor, string lights, set up and take down of furniture, and access to bridal suite! Prices reflect a discount for Friday weddings and Sunday weddings.

Rental from 12 pm – 12 am with 5-hour event time

Parties, Shower & Events

**Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Events are Only Booked 90 Days Out**

Cocktail Room Rental – $1,650

Up to 60 guests. Includes 90 minute setup, 3 hour event, 30 minute clean up. Additional event hour: $300/hour.

Whole Venue Rental: $2,900

Up to 200 guests. Includes 90 minute setup, 3 hour event, 30 minute clean up. Additional event hour: $450/hour.

Ceremony Only

We have expanded into the other unit of our building to create a new ceremony space called The Hall! This space features a fireplace as the backdrop for ceremonies, 200 chairs, two bathrooms, and a private room for the bride to stay in hiding before the ceremony!

Flexible 3 hour time slot between 9 am – 3 pm – $1,500
